Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with John through the process of selling a property. I chose John Gaio for the first time, although I knew John for a long time because of his knowledge, common sense, enthusiasm and good communication skills. The property in question had water damage, required extensive renovations and progressive and adequate surveillance in the whole process and was located in a less favorable neighborhood. John was able to help me at this stage with ideas, counseling and market know-how. Once the house was listed, John gave me regular updates of showings and feedback from potential buyers as well as market updates of the area and in general. I was most impressed with the price negotiating skills John showed. John would not cave in with the offer received, would maintain his cool, and rationally go back to the negotiations after my feedback to influence and convince the best possible result.
Finally, it was a pleasure to deal with John Gaio since he is very personable and did the utmost to obtain the very best possible outcome. I fully recommend John Gaio as a realtor!
